Greetings from Gate 58

I’m here chilling by myself and a couple dozen other crazy people wait for a 5:19am flight to Charlotte, NC at Gate 58 at Orlando International Airport. Why so early you may ask? Well I’m heading out on my first ever business trip and the company is paying for it!
So I have little say as to when I would be flying out. None would be a more accurate guess. I’m not complaining by any means mind you. I am excited with a side of nervous for this trip. I’ll be gone all week in Louisville, KY making three videos for my company. Flight paid for. Hotel* paid for. (I have to room with someone I never met before. Not to keen on that but whatever.) X dollars a day for food. This is a pretty sweet deal. I just hope I can live up to the hype.
The “Retail God” of the company saw what I did for my store and wants 3 videos that will be sent to all 6 locations. I’ll be meeting a lot of the higher ups if you will. I will be the only Assistant Manager there. A title I just got this past Friday. I don’t officially start my Assistant Manger duties until I get back a week from today. Flight crew just got here 4:21am. Should be boarding in about 30 minutes.
I will try and blog everyday if I can. If I find anything interesting worth talking about or take any interesting pictures. I’m sure I’ll have some from the snow tubbing I’ve been told I will be doing. haha. When in Rome…
